White Phosphorus Being Used on Civilian Populations (Again)

White phosphorus is so lethal that a human body covered by 10% of its burning after effects has a very high likelihood not making it. It is an incendiary that cannot be put out by water. A simple understanding is that it is a fire bomb. There is no way to control where its burning plumes will land. The future I see for our children does not include images such as the one below. My campaign for Congress is solid and steadfastly built upon preventing human suffering and violence against our fellow human beings.

Amnesty International’s Crisis Evidence Lab verified a video showing artillery-dispersed smoke plumes, consistent with white phosphorus munitions, on 16 October in Dhayra.
