Some objectivity about the Democratic Party of the last 20 years & reasons why we need to hit the "reset" button on the World's Greatest Political Party:
-Why are 8 of the top 10 billionaires in the United States Democrats or left-leaning?
-And why is it more than half of those in Congress are millionaires? (Even the 50th most wealthy member of Congress still has a net worth of over $10 million.)
-How and why did the Democrats become party of war and armed conflict? When did the State Department abandon oh, what's the word, ...diplomacy?
-Presidents Clinton, Obama and Biden have all supported military interventions in their administrations. Pres. Trump was the only one of these that did not. This is fascinating.
-President Obama immediately won the Nobel Peace Prize after taking office. This is the same person who ramped up drone strikes in Afghanistan, with targets being missed and civilians killed.
-Rep. John Dingell (D-MI) is the longest serving member of Congress. He represented my district in MI. He also served on the Board of the NRA while in Congress and wrote its lobbying "playbook." He torpedoed gun reform legislation post-Columbine. This is the same man to whom Pres. Obama gave a Presidential Medal of Freedom. What a joke. When John Dingell died in office, guess who swooped into his seat? His wife. (*forehead smack w/ groan)
-Pres. Biden sending cluster bombs to Ukraine.
-Every. single. last. dem. in Congress approved the 2022 $40 billion aid bill for Ukraine (except those who did not vote, including Senator Chris Van Hollen<--how do you miss this vote??? You've got one job, Dude).
-The prioritization of minority issues, but the extreme intolerance of minority opinions that deviate from the mass produced narrative of the main stream media. Group think which leads to group psychosis scares the s(&* out of me.
-How clear it is that NATO is a proxy for the American Empire and our manipulation of the events and people in Ukraine for our self-serving purposes? Not to mention, current Administration's as well as the DOD's insistence in getting us into a Game O' Chicken with China. No, thank you!
-Being force-fed HRC (2016) and then later Biden as the Democratic nominations for president.
-And despite the relentless brainwashing efforts, being a Republican does NOT automatically mean that one is racist, intolerant, homophobic, pro-Big Money/Big Business, pro-life, anti-intellectual, and any number of other tropes that have been isolated and echoed. First and foremost, we must think for ourselves. Be not afraid!
